Exercise During Pregnancy

Being pregnant is enjoyable because I will be able to feel my baby kicking inside my tummy and giving life to a wonderful child is a blessing, but I miss my old body. I still have three more months before I can get back in shape again. After I give birth, I will try this ab workout my marce told me about. There are a lot of workouts that I could try at home to get back in shape, like the standing leg raise, stomach tuck and crunch on an exercise ball. Many women retain the fats in their tummy after giving birth, and I don’t want it to be like that for me. I know it won’t be easy, but once I get into the routine of exercising my abs, I will feel much better. And much more confident to go about my duties as a new mom.

    Wow, “Being pregnant is enjoyable” hearing this makes me lose my fear about getting a baby in the future :D

    Pregnant women are encouraged to have some morning exercise to help them din during labor :) That’s what I learned from my ate..
