I am planning to lose weight after I give birth, and get back to my old shape. I am hesitant to use diet pills though, because of the harmful effects that it might have on me. So instead of taking pills here are some quick weight loss tips that I intend to follow by the time I give birth:
• Take before and after photos so that I’ll see my progress.
• Stay focused on being healthy and not just losing weight.
• Join a weight management group because I know support is essential to my goal.
• Lose weight slowly, as losing weight fast is not advisable by doctors.
• Drink half an ounce of water for every pound of my body weight everyday.
• Say no to sweets, which would be hard, but I’ll cope.
